Refund policy

I’m a small independent one women shop. Which means all my tees/tumblers are hand done by me. All sales are final. Refunds will ONLY be available if something is done wrong on my end. If it’s a supplier issue for wait etc and after my TAT ( 2 weeks ) then will be issued store credit.
